Habits, Math & Beer-Buzz Creativity weekend readsEvery couple of weeks, I like to share some of the stuff that I find with you. There’s a lot of good content online, but it can be daunting to filter through all the possibilities and find some jewels.

Here are a few articles that I found interesting or helpful for living well and focusing on what’s most important:

Reducing Options Produces Better Results- Have you ever pondered the sheer number of choices, options and features of goods and services available to you? This article discusses the dangers of “too many options” and the benefits of selective reduction.

1+1+1+1+1+1+1= A Lot- This one is for parents… Ever feel overwhelmed with all the hundreds of little questions and requests from your kids? Here are a few thoughts to help you see things a bit more clearly.

Your Brain On Beer vs Coffee [infographic]- I shared this article on Twitter and got quite a bit of response. So, I thought you might like to see it, too! This infographic shares some of the positives and negatives of beer and coffee consumption, specifically in the areas of creativity and focus. Pretty interesting!

Possessions or possession?- I wanted to make sure you didn’t miss this post. Your relationship with your “stuff” is significant. If it’s unhealthy, it can really mess with you. Sometimes, people become obsessed with their stuff. They allow themselves to be held completely under the influence of the things they gather. Rather than possessing things, their things possess them.
